Consignment sale Menu OptionsThe Brenthaven Consignment Sale was created to help raise funds for our various  youth missions.  It is completely organized with the shared gifts, talents and time of our church family and friends.  Our goal is to offer the best experience for our consignors, shoppers and volunteers.

Our Spring 2018 Sale dates are set:  Presale March 14 by invitation, Open to the public Thursday March 15 from Noon to 6pm, Friday March 16 from 8am-6pm, and Saturday March 17 half price sale from 8am-noon.

Consignors will get an additional 2% return on your sales if another consignor uses you as a referral, and 2% for every shift you sign up to volunteer for.

For spring sales: We will be accepting Spring and Summer children’s clothing through size 14/16 (no underwear) and items such as toys, DVDs, decorations & books.  We will also accept maternity clothing for adults, as well as business wear. The business wear must be suits, blazers, sport coats, slacks and dress skirts. We will also accept sporting equipment and gear.  We will also be accepting Prom and Formal wear.  We will accept home decor items as well.

For fall sales:  We will be accepting fall and winter children’s clothing through size 14/16, excluding underwear.   All adult items should be fall and winter oriented.  and items such as toys, DVDs, decorations & books.  We will also accept maternity clothing for adults, as well as business wear. The business wear must be suits, blazers, sport coats, slacks and dress skirts. We will also accept sporting equipment and gear.  We will also be accepting Prom and Formal wear.  We will accept home decor items as well. 

We will not accept any article of clothing that is not in very good to excellent condition. There should be no stains, missing buttons, missing snaps, or broken zippers. All shoes must be in excellent condition. All toys must include all parts, and if batteries are required, they must be included.

–       We will not accept car seats greater than five years old.  Please check the expiration date on the bottom of the seat.
–       We will not be accepting any cribs.
–       We will not accept any items that cannot be cleaned, nor ones that have not been cleaned. (Dry clean only WILL be accepted)
–       We will not accept anything that smells of cigarette smoke.
–       We will not be accepting VHS tapes.
–       We will not be accepting stuffed animals or items like stuffed animals.
We reserve the right to refuse any items we feel are not of acceptable quality and condition.

We will be accepting cash, check and all credit cards.

This annual event is supported completely by fundraisers, with little to no cost to our participants.  Our youth and adult volunteers find this trip each year to be a tremendously meaningful ministry, which transforms them emotionally, mentally and helps them spiritually grow together as a community in service and in faith.
